Problem

Horizon Fitness had to differentiate itself in a sea of recognizable brands. As we began to get to know our client by visiting their production facility and headquarters, we realized they made dependable products affordably priced and were backed up by people that cared about customer service. Together with senior marketing leaders we helped define brand attributes, consistent style guide, product support for a full spectrum of product launches, and digital brand materials from e-learning to product design to consumer branding.

Approach

As agency of record for Horizon Fitness we were tasked to manage a comprehensive suite of digital marketing initiatives including in-box owner DVDs for elliptical/treadmills, product styling, video production/video shoot art direction, point of purchase advertising, website, e-newsletter content marketing and employee e-learning. Determine compelling brand attributes across integrated deliverables. I was responsible for the delivery of over $1.5 M of project deliverables.
